  43. BTW. The QE2 was never equipped with torpedoes. During the "Falkands" episode 
  44. ("Malvinas" if you are so disposed), it transferred its troops to shore 
  45. from somewhere off New Zealand. This ensured it would never even see a 
  46. torpedo, unless of course the New Zealand government had bought tickets 
  47. from P&O for a cruise.
  48. I have also heard rumours that P&O wanted to buy an Amiga to fit to the QE2.
